Successively tap on:
==> "Settings"/"Me and my device" (press the left arrow once)/"My information"/choose "Yes" or "No".
You can choose "No" since our devices do not have "Live" services such as traffic or mobile speed cameras.
"Yes" or "No", the message will not reappear the next time the device is swich on.
