    Now we have the dreaded 'Bongo' Chatbot, which, if you can work out how to use it (see TomTom YouTube channel video). will still take you to Chat or email to your account to - presumably- the same (Indian?) Support Centre, which generally seems incomprehensible and ineffective.

    There seems to be no management above them to whom they are willing - or able? - scalate.They may say they are referring to Development, but there is no way to tell, or pursue thereafter,

    I have been answered with different names, and even in French! - seems they use translation software.

    There is also now Twitter (which many companies seem to be using for support these days), but is not stated as an option on the website - they will ask for a Direct Message (presumably to move the discussion away from the public domain?), but whether that will be any more effective in resolving issues I have yet to find.

    All about as effective a solution as the proverbial Chocolate Teapot.

    Seems to be an impenetrable wall...
