Why my recent activities, syncronized with the app, aren't sent automatically to mysports.tomtom.com

When I finish an activity and syncronize the device with the app installed on my smatphone, the activity is sent to the app, as it supposed to be. But, I don't understand why it isn't sent to mysports.tomtom.com.

Also, I can't understand why my activities aren't exported to my sport sites setted up (Strava and Runkeeper).

    If it is in the app it is in MySports as the app is just a mirror of the my Sports site. You are likely logged into a different email on the phone and computer so they are going to different accounts. Trying login out of the app and website and then logging in again using the same email.
