Spark 3 connecting problem

Dear Community!

I bought a Spark 3 and I use it for my sports activities (running, cycling, hiking). I have made a register on the website and It functioned well. Last months, My watch connect to the TomTom sports, but It can't refresh the activities. I have just one registration and my wristwatch is a first hand product. Today I reseted my watch, but the problem is actually.

    Hi Viktor,

    Welcome to the Community! Is there a possibility that you used any other email address to upload your workouts before making a reset on the watch? I can only see the activities from last year on the email address you used here to log in to the community.
