Storage on my watch

My storage is saying it's full. Do I have to delete runs from the watch or can I do it from the app on my phone

    You need to sync the watch, there is no way to delete activities from the watch itself. When you sync and upload your data it will automatically clear the storage. If you have done that and it is not clearing then there is bad data on it. Do a factory reset, which will clear it.
