    It's still closed, they refer people to the web site which is why I used this method to get help!

    Maybe the moderators can see what the status of the repair is. Maybe they'll respond when time allows.

    Ok thanks, there is a general comment saying repairs may take longer. But my concern is I have not had confirmation that a repair is being carried out under warranty yet! No need to answer this.
