Hi @Syzygy6
I have a Start25 like you. Usually a clean reinstallation of MyDrive connect solves the problem. You can try. Look at here:

When you tried to uninstall MyDrive Connect you used a PC user account with Administrator Rights?
Otherwise you can try the settings I am using, no need to uninstall MDC.
Fortunately, for your TomTom updates you have your MAC computer. Glad to read you are sorted.

We are on a TomTom forum and not Microsoft forum for Windows. I am a simple user like you. For your problems with Windows10 since November 2019 I suppose that you have already done a lot of research for solutions.
Some thoughts, but to try under your own responsibility at your own risk.
First, did you try the Windows Update repair tool included in Windows 10?
Microsoft FAQ, click on the "Find troubleshooters" button:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4028430/windows-10-use-a-fix-it-tool
After using the Windows Update repair tool, I also think of the functions by "Command Prompt", cmd/as Administrator, to repair your Windows 10:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
then
sfc /scannow
Microsoft FAQ, click on the Windows 10 submenu:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system
After the first "sfc /scannow" redo a 2nd "sfc /scannow", hoping to have the result "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Thanks LAURE123 I'll give those a go.

Hi Laure123
Thanks, I'll give that a go.1 -
I've had a lot of problems on my Windows 10 desktop since November 2019? An update that MS sent has virtually wrecked it. Forums on MS having the same problems. Anyhow, just tried to uninstall My Drive and it wouldn't do it (More problems from MS Updates) so I did it through my imac with no problems. Guess I'll be using the imac more now!
Thanks for your help.1 -
