Speed camera subscription

I own a TomTom Start 25 and recently renewed the speed camera subscription for it I paid TomTom for this and they sent an email invoice for this purchase on 14 February 2020. I am sure that the payment was made as my internet banking shows details of the transaction. However, when I check on My Drive Connect in My Content and My Services it shows the Speed Camera subscription as Not Subscribed.

Neither of the 2 emails that I got from TomTom after I made this purchase (the Order Confirmation and the Invoice) say anything about having to make a further action - so is there a difference between a subscription and a purchase? Or is My Drive Connect simply showing out of date information?

    Thanks for your help Lochfrass. I have tried ringing the phone number during office hours, but an automated message says that they are closed. Perhaps due to short staffing because of the Corona Virus problem. I will ring them again and see if I can speak to someone.
