I cannot get the wi-fi to unlock

i have checked the IP address re entered the router password all is ok but the wi-fi fails to connect
the only thing i have not tried is a factory reset.
I will leave that as a last option to avoid loosing all my logs.
Any Idea

    Your GO 6200 can only connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network not the faster 5GHz network. If you have both networks on your router, I would log into the router and give each one a different name. That way you can be sure that your device gets only the 2.4GHz network

    The NAV5 (Wi-Fi) devices normally update using Wi-Fi....
    If Wi-Fi is not available or is slow/unstable/unreliable.....
    See Option... (2) Connect over USB....
