Just change phone and installed the GO app
Having purchased the upgrade for 1 yr not even a month later it is only showing 50 miles free and therfore suggesting paying again for upgrade.
Logging into my account there is no purchases showing even though I have proof.
I cannot get through to a human only a stupid robot with pre answered questions! !!
Any one had this before and any answers appreciated.
On this experience I will not be using this company again !

    Double check that the email address in that receipt is the same one you used to log in to the app at Settings/TomTom Services.

    Click on Contact Us under Support at the bottom of this page.
    Click on Tomtom Apps. If you do not see this option then click on Not your Product to get to the page with Tomtom Apps showing.
    Click on The Tomtom Go Mobile app for Android shown in the list
    Click on the Option list and select Troubleshoot
    You will now get options to Email or Chat.
