Up dating map Europe

I tried to update my TomTom Premium X with the map Europe. After 40% I was kicked out. (He was uptating the part "Radar"?) Installing the Maps Benelux and Germany didn't give problems. I tried it 3 times . Looking afterwards at "Maps" only Benelux and Germany were there. Not a trace of the map Europe. Please answer me Wim Rust mob 0031 654 688 535

How much free memory do you have on the internal memory. The Full Europe map is about 9.6gb. Select About in Settings/System to get the memory info.
Why are you also loading the Benelux and Germany maps which will be also be covered by the Full Europe map.
