the installer just keeps going to instal page

the instal said successful but just keeps asking for the same information and not opening my drive
the Tomtom says connecting to the computer and as MyDrive doesn't open no connection

Which is the operating system installed on your computer?

Have you tried a clean re-install and running it as an Administrator(if Windows)?
