so I have renewed the subscription for tomtom via the app on my iPhone but now I have an Android phone (new) and wanted to install tomtom on that thing well until I want to restore my purchases then it says that I have no purchases everything is correct my mail address everything and if I look through the site of tomtom also nothing but I took my old iPhone with it and then it works how can I solve this
