Hy guys, it's like 4 months that my tomtom connect when install look like this: https://prnt.sc/rco391 and https://prnt.sc/rco3o4
Why???? I tested it in a fresh windows 10 machine, on macbook and try to delete and reinstall ecc but nothing works. Can someone help me?
I'm not an expert on this subject, but I think you might be doing something wrong.
"MyDriveConnect" (https://mydrive.tomtom.com) is something you access with a web browser such as Safari or Chrome. Because you access it with a web browser, it should not matter what operating system you are using (Mac OS, Windows, etc.). To the best of my knowledge, MyDriveConnect is not an application that you install on your computer (although there is a MyDriveConnect "app" you can install on iPhones or Android phones).
You create an account at TomTom (a user name and password), and then you log into the account with your web browser. Once you do that, you see a screen that looks like the image below.
MyDrive Connect via a web browser (in this case, Chrome on Windows 10)
