Cannot update — TomTom Community

Cannot update

I have tried repeatedly over the past 24 hours to update my START 25. I've uninstalled MyDrive Connect and reinstalled it twice. Initially I kept getting the message SERVERS ARE BUSY. The second time I uninstalled I used REVO to make sure everything was gone before reinstalling. Then when I tried to update my device I kept getting the message on my computer WAITING FOR DEVICE and the message on my DEVICE saying SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG (so my device was aware it was connected). Now I'm back to the same old OUR SERVERS ARE BUSY. I've tried to contact TomTom repeatedly and get a message that the offices are closed. It is 9:30 am Eastern...How do I update this thing?

    Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST

    If you called at 9:30, maybe they were just about to open. Try again.
