I assume you have set up a TT account with the email address you wish to put on the device.
Tap menu
Tap Settings
Tap System
Tap Reset Device
This will delete all data from the device and return to Out of the Box situation so you will be able set the unit up for Language, Wifi, TT account with the new Email etc.
You will lose all your My Places and any POI and Route files you have on the device.
