    Hi doug no i get 72mbs download speed it says on wfi.so wether its tomtom dont no. Did think about usb lead ,not done it before, only on other tomtom i had. Anyway just get up early and let it get on with it.

    Here... Virgin Media Broadband 110Mb/s
    My latest Wi-Fi connection speed test is 108Mb/s... but the fastest connection displayed on my Go Premium is as you say 72Mb/s I guess that's the Max Connection speed on the NAV5 (Wi-Fi) devices....

    My downloads on the GO Premium over USB With MDConnect running in the background are notably faster than over Wi-Fi....

    Hi yes mine is about the same as yours on virgin. I have never updated this on USB only WFI did wonder though. as 7 hrs yesterday to download the map is crazy.
