Tomtom go Premium, I have constantly problem with NO Traffic, It basicly works only when I am at work on wifi. On the road NO Traffic. Tried to reset. It just returned from service where they say no problem found.
I am going to throw it to the trash. 300€.

Are you using the device in Belgium?
We currently have a problem with over-the-air services in Belgium and we are in talks with our service provider to get this sorted.

Maybe you could try pairing your Premiums Wifi to your Phones Hotpot if it has one and see if it will see Traffic data that way.

Yes I am in Belgium.
You say curently, but I have a feeling the services are unreliable for few months. I am very disappointed with the device.
also when I connect to internet or a mobile hotspot, it says for now:
Your subscription expires on 18/03/2020.
It's a mess.

Hello, so I contacted Customer support (40minutes of music listening), they said they renewed the services. I had to do All the restarts and resets again.
Now I have services activated, but Traffic Service still Unavailable!
