HI, Since updating the device yesterday the map has disappeared and it is now not recognising the memory card slot. The card has been formatted since to try that way, but still no success. All have now is "No Map Available". There is not enough room on the device for the map hence the memory card is important. It is free map updates on the device and the HOW TO videos don't help me.
Any advice please. Regards Dave

Hi @tangoman65
It looks like you need @VikramK to add a small map to your account so that you can download that to your GO6000. Then you will be able to start the device and insert the card after you have Fully , Not Quick, formatted it in your PC to Fat32. The n you can reload the Full map.

Hi
@tangoman65
The NAV4 Devices was supplied with one Map of the sales area where the device was purchased i.e... UK Devices = Full Europe map, any other Maps were purchased separately
As Doug says the Forum Moderators should pick this up and check for any live Map subscriptions and Maybe allocate a small Map to act as a keeper

Unfortunately this didn't resolve the issue. Tried resetting the device but this hasn't worked either. It will not restart. It didn't resolve the issue of the memory card reader not working.0

Hi @tangoman65
A small map of UK and ROI has been activated on your device. Try installing this to internal memory of the device. It should be offered for download in MyDrive Connect.
