    Also having this problem, I have seen the suggestions regarding altering the Norton AV settings, which I am reluctant to do. Just wondering why this has appeared as every other time I have updated my maps with Norton AV installed it worked fine. Has something changed in the map update coding. I was hoping TomTom could fix this with an ammended map update !

    I would think it's more likely to be a recent update to the Norton AV
    Than a Change to Tomtom MyDrive Connect
