Hi, my TomTom Start50 seems to have lost its voice! I tried using it today - nothing.

If you go into settings and select voices/ Choose a voice do you not get a list of voices to choose from.

I have activated a computer voice- 'Serena' for your device. It should be offered for download in MyDrive Connect.
Once installed please select the voice and test it on a planned route.
