MyDrive Connect issues connecting

I notice some people having similar issues to myself. Not sure whether its the MyDrive Connect software or a hardware problem. The issue is the software telling me there is no internet when there is (I have a high speed fibre broadband). After several attempts it does decide that there is an internet connection and proceeds to carry out the update. On other occasions it seems to hang during an update. I have quite often had to close the program down and retry the connection. I have a windows 10 Pro PC. Like to hear if anyone else has similar problems with the MyDrive Connect software. I had a Garmin sat nav before the Tom Tom and never experienced these sort of problems. (with the same PC I have now)
