Permission Problem when editing my profile

Hello,
When I am changing my navigation device in my profile from iPhone 8+ into my recent iPhone 11 Pro Max and press the Save button I get the message 'Permission Problem - You don't have permisson to do that'.

Huh? Why not? It is my profile and my device ;).

What went wrong?

    Hi
    Try it again with a Inkognito Window (Chrome) or a Private mode window ( Firefox).
    Or clear the cookies from your browser when your logged out of the forum and then try again

    @Lochfrass Using the incognito mode (Google Chrome) worked. Thanks!

    Although it has been solved, do you know why it could only be solved when using the incognito mode?

    It's a problem with the cookies. But the issues are known at TomTom and Vanilla (Forumprovider)
