Hi, where can I find the download for Windows 10 ? I only see Windows XP and Vista.
Could someone direct me to the correct website or provide me a link.

Thank you very much.

Thank you for your reply. I tried that link actually many times now. I got a message that my device and mydrive connect are pointing to different environment and asked me if I want to point mydrive connect to sa.services.solaris.test.tomtom. I clicked Yes but it asked for an authentication - userid and password, and it didn't accept my tomtom id & p/w

Please have a look on the device at Menu/Settings/Sysem/Info
When you scroll down in the device, you can see installed Maps, Language etc.
Did you find there something with Solaris? Quite far down?

Thank you for your prompt reply. Yes I see the server as solaris. However I don't see any userid & password

    Hi @Wowie

Could you tell me where was this device purchased, please?

Also, could you send me the serial number of the device and attach the purchase receipt (through a private message)?

It looks the model you have is a pre-production or a Test device.

    Thanks
    Vikram

    Hi @Wowie

    Thank you for your patience.

I have sent you a private message with some steps, could you reply to me over there, please?

I have also edited the serial numbers above. Please don't post private or personal information on a public forum.

    Regards,
    Vikram.
