Blue&me Tom Tom 2

Hi There,

I'm trying to connect my Blue&me Tom Tom 2 to the my drive connect to add as a new device. However, every time i plug in the device a get a message on the tom tom saying

"Something has gone wrong...
this service is temporarily unavailable. please try again later."

can someone please help as to what i am to do?
