volume linked to the device bell volume, not multimedia vol

The volume bar in the application is linked to the device bell level. In my samsung A3 changes my phone volume. When I have a call the bell is at max level. Amigo level should change with my device multimedia vol or notifications, not my bell volume

    Welcome to the Community! Do you use the option “Always use device speaker” setting turned OFF/ON in the App under 'Settings>Audio'? If it's off, it is necessary to check that the “Media” volume is set to a value high enough. If it's on, please check that the “Ringtone” volume is set to a value high enough.

    Please note that the setting “Always use device speaker” is not recommended or useful if you don't have a Bluetooth connection to the car audio system.
