GO Essential and MyDrive app

I have GO Essential and it doesn’t connect to my iPhone with bluetooth. It just says "connected" "not connected" all the time and doesn't establish the connection. What to do? My iPhone works just fine with other bluethooth devises like my Bose or Sony wireless headphones. I have iOS 13.3.1. in my phone.

I have paired my phone and TomTom and I'm logged into my TomTom account with the navigator and my phone MyDrive app.

I have also booted and restored factory settings to TomTom several time and that doesn't help either. I also deleted connection setting from my phone and established the connections again. How do I get this work?
