Country change

Hello, Over ten years ago, I used to live in Canada, where I purchased a GPS which of course no longer use and had setup a login account at the time.
Since then, I have moved to Switzerland and have purchased another GPS about a year ago. Some features have expired and when I want to purchase add-ons I get an error that I am not allowed. It seems that the reason is that my account country is set to Canada, but I can't seem to change it to Switzerland since the pull down menu only allows Canada, US, Brazil, Argentina or Mexico.
Does anyone know how to get my account to change to Europe ?

    Thank you Doug. I just called, and the only way is to create a new account.
