I bought a Rider 400 and the map that came installed is from 09/2015 (Latam v957.7036), in the MyDrive Connect application it says that there is no update available for the map. My product has the Life Time Maps seal, how do I fix it? I just took the device out of the box if I use a 2015 map I will return it.

Welcome to the site... @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators will pick this up a check your Account status and allocate the appropriate Maps ....
I have asked the team to make some changes in the back-end. Just do a soft reset and check for updates in MyDrive Connect. A new version of the map should be offered for download.

The production for the RIDER 400 has stopped but the device is still supported by TomTom.
