Hi @Alcatraz72
Welcome to the community!
Could you do a factory reset and log in to your TomTom account on the device, please?
(Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device)

Hi
@peterbtl
Welcome to the site....
Are you at home with your Tomtom device connected to a USB port on your PC for a power supply + MyDrive connect running on your PC ???
The USB connection >> WILL << take priority over GPRS SIM Connection...
Disconnect the USB Lead from your PC....
If you want to charge the device, use something like a Smartphone Charger and the Tomtom USB lead....
Or exit/quit MyDrive connect on your PC..
Note... If you are using MyDrive Connect with the default setting then MDConnect Auto Starts with the PC....
I have disabled this feature using the MDConnect Setting Menus & created a Desktop shortcut to start MDConnect when required....

GPRS SIM connection on the Tomtom Live devices....
There are 3 Data connection options that can have a higher/priority/override the Built-in GPRS SIM
In your case the USB Data Connection....
