My VIA 1605TM claims it comes with "lifetime maps", yet it has not updated in 87 months. While I am able to update other features, I am told that my subscription has expired when I attempt to update my maps. What's up?
Thanks Vikram. Since support is out of country, I opted to email instead of call, but of course, my attempt to email is halted due to the following alert: "Warning, there was a problem with the request and the action could not be completed." Great, just great!
