Hello,
Used my runner 3 in an indoor cycling practice, I selected the HR interval training. While doing the practice everything was OK, but when I transferred the data to the MySports app, the info was:
105km distance and 170km/h AVG in a 37-minute practice. And in a free ride, I got this result: 65.8km distance and 146.59km/h AVG in a 27-minute practice.
This is completely impossible.
Does anyone have the same issue?
Can TomTom provide an update to solve this problem?
Best regards,
Gonçalo Carvalho

Do you have a speed and cadence sensor attached to the bike and connected to the watch? Without it you will not get any meaningful distance data. Do you have it properly calibrated if you do with the correct wheel size?
In any case there will be no updates. TT Sports went out of business over 2 years ago and ceased all production and development. The devices are now obsolete.5 -
If the trainer transmits the data using BT in standard format you may be able to detect it as a sensor, but it is unlikely. Go to Sensors and try detecting a new sensor while on the trainer and see if it finds it.2

Hi tfarabaug,
Thanks for the answer. I have a turbo trainer with those sensors. Can I sync them with the runner 3? I will also investigate this.
I was just wondering where these metrics come from, not a big deal.0 -
