My watch does no longer connect to Sports Connect after update to Mac OS Catalina

My watch does no longer connect to Sports Connect after update to Mac OS Catalina. Worked fine for years before the update. Any tips? I already did try reinstalling Sports Connect.

    I changed the security settings and gave TomTom Sports Connect "Full Disk Access". After that it worked.
