    As I said, I would need to be able to read the log files but the error referring to synchronising settings somewhat confirms what I suspect that the memory of the watch has a problem.

    Ok, so now that the memory of the watch has a problem, can it be fixed or not please? I would have expected a TomTom watch to give me reasonable service, ie more than 3 years.
