Purchased Speed Cameras but no option to install

Anyone run into this? I renewed my speed camera sub the other day (Jan 17) and when I went to install, Home still wants me to buy? I have proof of payment and my account orders shows the purchase is complete.

I opened a ticket with TomTom and still no response. There doesn't appear to be any phone support in North America either.

    Turns out it was an issue with old data left behind from the app on my laptop. Installed TTHome on a different machine and all good. Support also provided me with info on what to clean up after uninstalling to get it clean before reinstalling.
