Start 25 won't connect to computer
It’s been about 12 months since I connected the satnav (Start 25) to a computer to update it. I have now tried on both of my computers and it will not connect. I’m on Windows 10, with all service packs and latest updates installed etc.
The satnav does not show up in “my computer” although when I connect it, it asks me if I want to connect to the computer and I confirm that I do. I have followed the instructions for looking in device manager - it doesn’t show up in “network adapters” and so I’m now bit stuck.
I would be grateful for any suggestions, please.

Firstly I would uninstall MyDrive Connect from your PC and use the Revo Uninstaller software to help ensure all of the software has been removed. Then install the current version from the Tomtom website.

Try A Soft Reset on the Start 25. ie Turn the unit on then when working hold the ON/OFF button down for about 20 seconds plus until you hear the Drumroll Sound then let the button go. This restarts the unit and you can see if the PC now connects.
If not then do a Factory reset. I think you have an option to do a Factory Reset which does not affect the data on the device.
Finally if that does not work then try a Soft Reset whilst the Start 25 is connected to the PC.
