6200 not displaying blue line for route

Ever since the update to 19.201.0010.411 a few months ago the route is not displayed. I can plan a route and it will navigate but the thick blue route outline does not appear on the overall map between start and destination.

On the turn by turn display the turns are displayed, but there is no blue route line overlaid on the map.

Curiously at the closest zoom it briefly appears and then vanishes again.

I have reported this as a support request, but am now surprised to find this thread describing the same thing under version 18, with the rather dismal conclusion

Support says there is no known fix.


Does anyone else have this problem?
