Hi
I am very lucky to have been given a runner 3 with heart monitor as the one i have does not have the heart monitor section. I would like to sync the newer watch with my original tomtom app so it automatically updates on Strava, does nayone know if i can do this please.
Thank you for your time
Kind regards
Theresa

When you go to register the new watch just use the same email address as the old one and it will sync to the same account. You may need to factory rest it to get the registration prompt.5

Sorry, I may have been unclear, that allows you to have multiple watches on your account, but you can only every have one synced to the phone app. There is no way to pair multiple devices to your phone, other than unpairing and repairing every time you want to switch one. You would need to sync one by app and one by computer if you want to run multiple devices concurrently.6 -
Yes, any activity that posts to TomTom MySports will also cross post to Strava, regardless of how you sync it, by computer or phone app.5

That's great thank you for clarifying.
I'm naive when it comes to technology. Can I sync both to my strava account?
I will have a go.
Thanks again
