Activity summary missing details

I recently upgraded from the Runner Cardio to the Multi-Sport cardio. And I noticed that the activity summary screen now only shows minutes, miles, min/mile and calories. It doesn't show average heart rate anymore. This is disappointing, as I love to track my average heart rate to gauge how hard of a workout that I had. Why is so much more information available on the Runner Cardio and the Multi-sport cardio in the watch's activity history?

    Are you sure you have a Cardio version? Are there LEDs on the back and when you press down and go to About does it say "cardio" at the top? If so, is it set for internal under Sensor>Heart (it should say On, not External)? If it is not a Cardio model you will need to use an external strap to get HR. If it was tracking heart rate it will display on MySports, the model has nothing to do with it.

    Thank you for your response. Yes, I have the Multi-Sport Cardio. It's tracks my heart rate fine. It just doesn't show the average heart rate in the activity history on the watch, like my Runner Cardio did. The activity history report screen on my new watch only shows minutes, miles, min/mile and calories in the activity history, whereas my Runner Cardio showed average heart rate in addition to other stats on that screen. I'm not sure why they would have removed the extra reporting in the activity history in the Multi-Sport?

    Am I missing something here?

    You got me. Have you tried a factory reset? That model was discontinued many years ago so there really is not much support available for it.

    No, I didn't. But it did just update the software this late time I plugged it in, so I'm guessing that it did a reset at that point.

    An update will not do a reset, you need to select factory reset in the Connect PC software. And there have been no updates for that model in many years, are you sure it is a MultiSport and not a Spark?

    I'm almost positive that it's not a Spark. I intentionally ordered the Multi-sport Cardio. This is what the box looked like. I will try a factory reset.

    When did you order it? They have not made that model in at least 4 years. I am not sure you bought any product from a company that went out of business over 2 years ago especially one discontinued two years before that.
