Spongebob Voice Help

Hey, can anyone help please?

I've purchased the Spongebob voice, I've installed it on my device, but It's saying
"This voice is not fully compatible with current units (miles/yards)"

Anyone able to assist?

    There's usually two versions of a voice Imperial & Metric....
    If there's one is available for your device, then @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators will usually allocate a suitable voice on Monday

    That would be great... Think I've purchased the wrong one then... I was just excited to get it lol

    I'm now getting "Update Failed"
    Please try again.

    Reset the satnav, doing the same thing

    Could you once again do a soft reset, clear the cache in MyDrive Connect and check for updates, please?
