iPhone11 smartphone messages and see who is calling functions

I have upgraded from a Samsung phone to an iPhone11, but cannot get my tomtom rider 550 to interact with the phone properly. It doesn't show incoming calls for instance? I'm assuming it's a setting on my iPhone (no issues with the samsung) but cannot find the required ones? can anyone help - tks Gaz.p

    Managed to sort it. I needed to ensure I was logged into the mydrive app on the phone and paired. Simple when you know how???? tks Gaz.p
