I am based in the USA. This device was purchased approx. 7 years ago and after initial setup, has been working fine. For some reason, since the new year, I am getting this error.
I am unable to open my account on MyDrive Connect.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, I am stuck in a loop on the device, all I can do is "Select your map" and the only choice I get is "United States", when selected, I get the error. I cannot do anything else on the device.
