Unable to PAIR my TomTom Multisport Cardio watch to my new iPhone 11 Pro

When I click "Get started" in the mobile app and select "watch" , nothing happens. It stays in the same screen.
A message shows up in the bottom line in RED as "Switch on Bluetooth to connect your TomTom device to TomTom Sports app on your phone".
I checked & confirmed "Bluetooth" is on in my iPhone 11 Pro under "Settings".
Please help.

    Below steps got my watch paired to my new iPhone 11Pro.
    1) Factory reset the watch by connecting to computer (under Settings / Reset).
    2) Deleted & Re-installed the TomTomSport app in my new iPhone.
    3) Tried pairing & it worked.

    The above worked for me! Follow all of the steps, also clear the info in folder on the storage of your watch by connecting it to your computer!!!!!!!
