Why does your website not allow me to request a strap replacement

When I attempt to request a strap replacement it asks me to add an address even though I have an address linked to my profile.

Also when I sent an email to the response I received last year for a strap replacement it said that i used the wrong email address and gave me a URL in which i suppose i could lodge my query but this URL directed me to a page that is not found on the TomTom Website.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated TomTom
