No tone after activating phone on Go6200 Wi Fi

I have tried and tried to make and answer handsfree calls using my Go 6200 Wi Fi GPS without success.

It shows the microphone symbol and says speak after tone but no tone ever sounds.

I have the unit connected to a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus phone and the only way I can make a handsfree call is by using Bixby the assistant on the phone.

Also the only way I can answer an incoming call is by pressing the green phone symbol when it comes up on the unit.

Any assistance as to how to how to get the tone to sound so I can speak and have the unit make a call and also answering an incoming call "hands free" would be greatly appreciated.

It is a great unit but this has been and is most frustrating and annoying.
