Missing My Routes Sync

I am currently trying the TomTom Go app on my Android phone, I have a Mydrive cloud account which has some 'My Places' and some 'My Routes', the routes have the option to sync with my devices enabled but they are not appearing in the app, 'My Places' do appear but the routes do not.
I have tried reinstalling the app but no difference.

I want to try TomTom GO to replace my Zumo so I just use my phone but it's not looking very good at the moment.
