I have a Smart car with built-in smart media system. Recently the LIVE service stopped working, so no traffic info, no option to adjust saved locations, no wifi, no option to minimise delays etc. Why would this be? I did the in-car software update earlier in 2019 when notified that it was due, and no problems after that until recently. Is another update due? Or is there another reason? Thanks!

I had a quick look at your account and I see the subscription for LIVE Services has ended in September 2019. To get LIVE Traffic updates you can renew the subscription here-
