That battery on my spark cardio and music has recently started draining withing 5 hours and that without it being in any sports mode. how can this be fixed?
It has also happen to my mums spark 3 which now only last 1 day and does not sync any steps on the app anymore.

Start with a factory reset and if that does not work, request a roll back at the post below. However, it may just be a depleted battery. They seem to last no more than 2 years on these watches.
