How do I return this device?

I was sold a Go Supreme after you made the via 220 obsolete. Considering almost a decade has passed between the two, I had expected that the new device would be at least equivalent.

Sadly, it is a significant downgrade in every possible way; voice quality, usability, features and general functionality are all far less than the unit replaced.

I would ask for support however the website for the device support is also broken offering no support services for the device.

So where do I send this rubbish and how do I get my money back?

    If you bought your device directly from TomTom contact them by phone on Monday to arrange shipping, otherwise go back to the retail outlet that you got it from
