Tomtom uk address for legal claim

Does tomtom have a uk postal address? I need to submit some paperwork and have them sign for it. I tried
TOMTOM Limited
90 Whitfield Street
Fitzrovia
London
W1T 4EZ
But there was nobody there or they refused to sign...

I don't think TOMTOM Limited has any thing to do with TomTom that Dutch based Sat-Nav Company!!
